Michigan Summer Food Program The Michigan Department of Education Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) was created to ensure that children in lower-income areas could continue to receive nutritious meals during long school vacations, when they do not have access to the National School Lunch or School Breakfast Programs.

Find a site at: http://www.mcgi.state.mi.us/schoolnutrition/  Each location has a phone number and lists the hours meals are available. There is no cost. The children do not have to complete forms/applications. They can just show up and be fed.
